Yes, she’s acting completely normal, as I said, I don’t think she managed to lick more than the crust, but anxiety sucks tbh. I will definitely be doing so, thank you.

Hello, I’m very concerned as my three year old female cat licked ( maybe one or two licks ) the edge of a piece of garlic bread a few hours ago. She weighs 3.5kg and is in good health. Do I need to be concerned as I know that garlic is very toxic to cats. Thank you very much in advance!

I took her to the vet on Saturday and they said it was a small piece of dissolvable suture which they cut down so she couldn’t do any damage if she pulled it

She had internal dissolving stitches that didn’t need to be removed, that’s what I was concerned. I plan on calling the vet first thing in the morning. Thank you for your help

I don’t believe that she needs to take it at all now, so no other options are needed currently, but it will be refused if offered again
