Update: my two other indoor cats ended up getting it too (same exact symptoms...wobbly, lethargic being the main ones) so it must be something viral. I have outdoor cats that eat the same kind of food and are provided the same water and they are perfect, so I hesitate to think it's something...
I took my 3 female kittens (5 months old) to the vet today because all 3 have the same symptoms and the vet examined them and did feline leukemia, feline hiv and heartworms tests and those came back negative.
The symptoms are this: weak/wobbly back legs (but seemingly moreso the left leg)...
