    That's very useful advice @jcat, thanks. I do worry that it can get annoying for them, and I say that after I almost sliced my hand open trying to take the bell off Fletcher's collar this morning, the noise was driving him nuts :D Here in Oslo it is quite common to see LEDs on dogs' collars...

    This is something that will be checked for sure before buying it. They seem like a rather new product so there aren't many reviews around, and I'm also unsure about their availability in my country, but they are a really cool idea for both your intended use and mine!

    How to you feed them different foods? Mine used to eat everything in their bowls in about 10 minutes, it was so easy to monitor their respective food intake, but now that the become so picky they are really slow eaters :( The only way I have to monitor how much they eat is by weighting them once...

    Oh believe me, we rotate daily and we even mix in food they like to get the to eat the ones they don't like... But they are great at selecting the pieces :D

    Yes they are strictly indoor, cannot get to other sources of food and yes, they are driving me crazy!  I found Fortiflora online and it seems only marketed for dogs here in Italy, I'm not sure if it's the same thing or not...
