My cat is younger but when I changed his food to a ground beef at one point he got constipation also. When I stopped that new food he stopped being constipated. I wondered if you have made any changes to his food lately? Also I learned that exercise can help with constipation. If it's possible...

Thank you so much Denice. There is a vet I really like, he is a bit of a drive but I don't care, I will take kitty to him. He is very gentle and sweet to the animals and the owners as well.   Do you think his nails will be okay? :(
