Hi all! I noticed a small pink lump early last month near his mouth and thought maybe it wasn't serious as my boy is 4 (he's our 3rd of 4) and it wasn't bothering him. Today I noticed it was significantly larger. It looks solid and seems to have some splitting/cuts in it and doesn't seem weepy...
