@Mani, both of those sound like solutions that might work that we haven't tried yet! Doing so right now, I suppose the next couple of days will tell as to its success. As far as @Handsome Kitty's suggestion of  cleaning out the old trashcan... we don't have it anymore. Whoops! Unfortunately...

@reversedpolarit  He's pretty healthy, probably because he's still young! He gets colds sometimes, and we were unsure at first about having him and our other, FIV-negative kitty, but they've grown close and from what I've read it's not likely at all to spread between friendly cats. Right now...

He looks like such a sweetheart! Thank you for keeping this journal--the younger of my two cats is FIV+ as well, though he's only a year old. 

My girlfriend and I have had our second cat, Alfons, for about six months now, and he's about one year old. He's so sweet, and very affectionate--he has FIV, but we're caring for him and getting him regular checkups to make sure he's staying healthy. C: Unfortunately, for the last four months...
