Baxter came to me as a traumatized foster; his previous owner had almost killed him with a heavy blow to the head. With time, patience, and love, the nervous, antisocial cat bloomed into a sweet, outgoing people cat with an uncanny knack for predicting anxiety and panic attacks. He left us a couple years ago after what seemed to be a stroke; the stroke may have been connected to the head injury received from his previous owner. Bax was very loved in our home, and we miss him painfully.
