Started doing the deluxe Waffle, but took a break from it, and now my Kindle Fire is acting weird, and won't let me drag the letters. Same with Squardle.

That happened to me with squaredle. Usually refreshing the page helps.

I tried refreshing the page a few times, but it didn't help. So just waited a while, and next time I tried, all was well.

Still managed to fail Deluxe Waffle.

Once I found I wasn't being penalized by guessing wrong words or the same words twice, once I got stuck I would try different combinations and often they turned out to be bonus words. My accuracy was terrible, but bonus words were good.

You automatically get hints at 5pm CST. Sometimes if I get stuck I just wait for the evening to finish.
