HELLO AND HAPPY SUNDAY AND THE FIRST DAY OF DECEMBER!!!!

If you had to move out of your country (doesn't matter why) and money was no object, where would you live? You can choose 2 places.

I would choose The UK and France with trips to warm dry places and beaches.

What about you?

I haven't a clue. I've always wanted to visit Ireland (and Scotland), but living there might be different than visiting.
I always said that the day after I retired, I wanted to move to Belize (no more snow....ever), but Rick was always completely against that.

I've never been exposed to anywhere outside of the US except Costa Rica, and while it was absolutely stunning, I don't think I'd want to live there.

I think I would move to Scotland or Ireland or Canada. They are on the list of places to eventually visit.

I would move to Egypt as the culture fascinates me especially the Sphynx and the pyramids. Not to mention Bastet. They seems centuries ahead of us (a lot of our inventions today were used by ancient Egyptians) and their ancient spiritual beliefs. I can't think of a 2nd place to move to though.

Definitely not Australia! I would probably move to Canada because I live right next to the border to Ontario and I can just drive back over the border to get my supplies if they don't have them there. They do have a Walmart in Canada though, so I probably would be able to find most of my stuff, like my face wash. And there is no cat quarantine! I also wouldn't have to take my cats on a plane to move there. If I miss any restaurants, I can just drive back over the border. But they probably have good restaurants there.

It's funny a lot of you want to move to England because being from here, I want to get out as fast as I can ;) I can imagine it's a nice place to visit from a tourist perspective but living here isn't all that it's cracked up to be.
As for me, it's my dream to have a villa somewhere in the Spanish countryside, preferably near Seville or in Ibiza. If not, I'd choose a chateau in southern France.
