What's the last thing you splurged on?

Some little ones from this morning - I bought some great smelling hand soap that I really don't need and then I bought a turkey wrap for us to split for lunch. Bigger splurge - I bought a necklace and earrings when I was in the Dominican Republic last month that is made from one of their native gems.

About 3 weeks ago I splurged just over £100 on wool yarn.
Given I already have a pile of cotton yarn which is overdue for being made in to a cot blanket for my new great nephew this was not exactly sensible spending for a broke human with cat that expects to be pampered. (And no, no plans for making a nest or den for cat that believes he is neglected).

Drake's snack cakes were buy one get one free at Meijer, so I got 4 boxes of the Funnybones, which are chocolate covered devil's food cakes with peanut butter filling. Yeah I totally wasted $7 but I don't care because I'll be snacking on those for the next month.

I'm a devil dog girl. The chocolate covered ones are even better. I loved the funny bones when I was a kid

Well....I paid full price for a watermelon, because I was craving it. Kinda sad, but paying full price for anything is a big no no for me!

I bought some Halloween decorations/props online over the weekend. This year's theme is a fortune-teller tent in the front yard. Only in America can you buy tarot cards, a crystal ball, sun walls for an outdoor canopy, cat food and a toilet seat in one place! LOL (The cat food and the toilet seat are not for Halloween!) :flail:

The Funnybones sound amazing but I've never heard of them.

My biggest splurge was Haagen-Dazs strawberry ice cream a few weeks ago when it was on sale at Giant Eagle.

I didn't know it was National Splurge Day. When I go to the store tomorrow I am going to try and find H-K Anderson peanut butter filled pretzel nuggets. They are so good to snack on when I am watching TV or on the computer. Also Pepperidge Farm Tahoe cookies.

Those pretzel nuggets are good. I used to get them every now and then but haven't been able to find them for quite a while, everywhere just carries Snyder's.

I was recently at a flea market with my sister and sister in law. There was a galvenized tin watering can painted with flowers and cats. It looks nice on my porch. And theoretically could be used.
