Rick will be watching and I'm sure there will be screaming and yelling on Sunday night as his beloved Eagles managed to get there. We've been invited to a few parties and dinners, but he wants to watch at home. At home and alone, so that he can weep in solitude.

We're not doing much for SB Sunday. Rick asked me about making BBQ or maybe some buffalo chicken dip with veggies and chips (I'll have to do the chicken on Saturday). Nothing exotic. I do have a neat Eagles cookie cutter, though, and may make some sugar cookies that I can decorate appropriately.

I will be back in the bedroom, probably reading, as I don't watch football.

My co-workers have already said they're taking Monday off work to recover from Sunday night.

What about you? Super Bowl? Puppy Bowl? Anything?

Absolutely Super Bowl!!!! I think we will just be staying home. Not sure of a food plan yet.

Go ahead people, bring on the hate. We're used to it and embrace it. :D

Roger will watch; I find football to be mostly boring so I'll be online, or reading, or perhaps shopping - the stores tend to be deserted during things like the Super Bowl. Very convenient.

I may catch the Puppy Bowl online.

I have to admit something that is considered Sacrilegious, in Massachusetts: I am not a football fan! GO PATS!!!!

I will check in time to time, on the score; perhaps watching a bit of it.. but I am not living my life around it.

Living in an apartment building, I will be aware of the scoring, due to the noise I hear around me.

Besides, it is on really late, for me...

I am a fan of the half time shows!!!

I only need to watch facebook to see what the score is. Go EAGLES! LOL. I don't really like the pats-never have. my dad is a Miami Dolphins fan. :p
The past 2 years-being on facebook and seeing my family and friends post swear words-I knew it was a fumble or an opps LOL. One doesn't need to watch the game=just watch the various comments on twitter/Facebook :flail:
I only like ice hockey-everything else is utterly boring to me.

So nope I don't watch. Maybe the pats will be lucky like they were back in 1990s/2000s when they scored that goal in the last few minutes of the end of the game? I was with my ex then-we were at his brothers house=and it was incredible to watch on screen=we thought we were finished until that ball went sailing across the screen-caught by a player and ran like hell to the goalline (and I was wrong-field goal kicked)..that was incredible-other than that-I find football boring unless I am playing hehehehe. Now I dont remember what year this was=it had to of been before 2003-that's when I moved away so forgive me if I have the dates mixed up...it was a long time ago!

I got to edit-field goal=2002= the field goal was 07 seconds left=Hahahaha. Just asked the guys at work-Sorry I got the wrong info=told you my memory is mush.

Here's the video=sorry I got the wrong person-blame it on the guys at work.

I only watch it on and off for the ads. DH will be watching and I'm sure I'll hear all about it from him.

I used to watch football, and enjoyed it because I had money on it. Now, with no money bet on them, they all seem alike and NO I don't watch. Do like the commercials though so will most likely record it and see them without the game.

I used to be a big Redskin fan but I don't watch football much anymore. I will watch some of the game just to see the Eagles lose as I have an intense dislike for them.

Go BRONCOS --oh, yeah, that was a couple years ago. (sigh) ok, go ROCKIES ...oh, right, it's not spring yet (sigh)
I personally would like to see the Patriots get thumped which they will and then Brady will retire along with whats-his-name (oh, yeah LOL) Belichick, and the Patriots era, at least of the semi infamous come from behind in the fourth quarter win, will officially be over :insertevillaugh:

You and everyone else in the country. ;) The Eagles fans didn't endear themselves to anyone with their behavior after the championship game though.

You are right about that. I don't like the Eagles because of their horrible fans. (I don't mean Winchester and Rick). One time some fans got drunk and beat up the Redskins mascot and broke his leg. Another time a fan pour a beer on one of the Redskins wife. That's just two things that I know about. I don't know if this is true but I understand there used to be a jail at Eagles stadium for when the fans got out of hand.
