This was a very odd combination. Raw macadamia nuts followed by natural Greek yoghurt. I still screw my face up when I eat natural yoghurt. I really don't enjoy it but it's part of my 'nutrition plan'. The plan has me feeling really good so it's worth it.

Two slices of mushroom and pepperoni pizza with a high octane Pepsi for lunch today. It will also be my dinner tonight.

Xylitol candy thing, eases bad cough quite well.

Xylitol comes from birch tree, it is good for teeth and reduces ear infections, also diabetic can eat it. We have here product called birch sugar, it is Xylitol in similar form as sugar is, like sand that is, must get that, so I can swap to better sweetener.

It taste like sugar, but is more fresh tasting, also there is no after taste at all, wonderful stuff.

Only bad thing is that it does not work with yeast, but yeast can be replaced with other stuff too.

I have a lot of birch trees here, not sure if birch sap would be easy to convert into such stuff, I think it should be birch sap season soon too, so need to research a bit how to get it to sugar like instead of lame liquid.

Never heard of Birch sugar but very interesting.  I do sometimes use Stevia and find it very sweet but is useful in things like custards and other such puddings to slightly control the carbohydrate calorie could.

I just ate a plate of rice and chickpeas with a spicy sauce. Quite nice.
