Do your cats have them? This will be Mogli's first Christmas with us, so he got his own Christmas stocking as an early present. It should hold a lot of furry "jingle mousies" and treats:

I feel mean, I have never given cany of my cats a stocking.  I did used to give my girls presents but Mouse seems content with all the wrapping and ribbon off people presents usually.  Mind you, we're not really doing presents this year so he might be a bit deprived.  My mum tends to give me stuff in nice big paper bags now because she knows how much Mouse loves them.

If your stocking was hung up in this house I know what it would look like - very full, wriggling, and a fat cat butt and long grey tail sticking out of the top of it.

One of my cats, Billy, doesn't deserve a Christmas stocking - my mum hid their catnip mice in my bedroom, somehow he opened the door and started playing with them today.

Do you put catnip and treats in so he'll go for it, or do you open it for him? :p

The treats and toys will go in it Christmas Eve, but probably only for a few minutes, since he's a chewer and would probably ruin the stocking. I'll open the gifts for him. He's got a toy box, with an envelope full of "mousies" in it, and has been known to help himself to new ones. Treats have to go in a child-proof cabinet, as otherwise he gorges on them.

Now that a lot of people have their decorations up, are there any more "stocking photos"?

Wow, what great stockings the kitties all have!

Here are the Three Meowsketeers' stockings: Mollipop, Tabby and Muffin.

I felt so bad for Muffin as she never had a stocking until she moved in with us. As soon as she came to live with us last year, we got her her Christmas stocking.

"Mom? Mom?? Hey, Mom, where's my stocking? You said you got one for me! I can't find it! M--O--M!"

Got the stockings up tonight.  I've been behind schedule and kind of unmotivated this year but managed to get little stockings done for the newbies to put up with Ozzy, Zoe and Rico's stockings.  Now to get some tuna treats and toys for them.  :-)

First Christmas with my first ever pet kitten. He's got a smaller stocking then me and my boyfriend in our apartment but he sure does have something in it! A package of 2 balls! Under the tree is a wrapped play tunnel for him to run in and out of or hide in! Can't wait for him to play with everything! Hope he loves them!
