Even if it does turn out to be a side effect it sounds like it's been going on for too long, I think something else might be going on, can you phone the vet when the vet opens?
Only wedding I can remember is when I was 9 years old, mum married my younger brother's dad (before she got pregnant with him)
I was either 8 or 9 , younger brother was born when I was 10
Sounds like the newcomer may not like other cats, if I'm understanding what's happening correctly :catrub:
Some cats just don't like other cats, my Willow doesn't like other cats, but she lives happily with my Tigger (probably cause Tigger was here first)
She needs to be kept seperate for a couple of weeks, so she smells like the rest of the house, instead of the strange (to your current cats) smells she came with, it takes time for new smells to take over old smells :heartshape:
She can likely sense your expecting a people-kitten, I've heard of cats becoming very clingy towards their human meowmy when the meowmy is expecting a baby
When the baby is born, do you have a plan in place for introducing the baby to her?
New baby is why my Willow ended up in rescue, to be...
He is certain that leaving wee's everywhere will attract (Queen) Willow, he's constantly trying to win her over, she hates him and will go for him when she sees him :heartshape:
With Willow, its ANY shape of pasta she doesn't like, she's even afraid of the penne pasta and whatever the spiral one is, and the conchywhatsit one, as well as spaghetti, so I'm not sure why she finds all of the shapes scary, she gets frantic when I'm eating it cause she wants it to be known...
confession time: I had to read that twice, first time I read it as "more weeing outside" - cause ginger boy who I nicknamed Mufasa has been about again, leaving wee's, I can smell them outside (I don't think he's been in my garden, I think he's done wees in someone else's garden)
