your momma doesnt want to buy kmr - because of costs? Goats milk is cheaper... You can even use Meyerberg?? powdered goats milk, it is usually on the baking shelf.

If momma cats dies because she didnt got no vet help, you will anyways need to have something to give these two healthy kittens. Goats milk, its cheapest and still fully OK to use.

I really don't know how to respond to this but this is an emergancy situation. How do you normaly get vetrinary care for this cat? Can you use your own money? Bleeding is not normal. Not if she already passed the placenta.

Placenta or an aborted foetus could still be stuck inside her and if not removed will cause blood poisioning from festering.
