The introduction with Pauli is still going slow, but Bertus and Boss are already friends. :yess:

Thanks! Pauli blocks the stairs so Boss cannot pass and this morning she attacked him while he was using the litter box downstairs. I guess this will take a little longer than with Bertus and Boss, who already sleep in the same room together. ;)

Thanks! It is going well, they play together on the stairs a lot. Bertus and Boss can be on their own together now. But Pauli is still a bit scared, although boss is very friendly to her. Here they are playing. :D

Boss really swats Bertus when he gets too close. So i constantly have to pull Bertus back, can i just let them? And Bertus will learn not to do that? Playing together :)

First did the introduction with Bertus this morning. Boss didn't really care as long as Bertus didn't come too close. No hissing or anything aggressive. Bertus was not afraid and wanted to play with boss, but he didn't wanted to be touched by Bertus. I guess there is quite an age difference...

Thanks, I tried it! It is getting harder to get the boss into his room, he rather sits on the stairs, especially in the evening. I though I might try to use good catnip to get him into the room, but he is not interested. He usually stands in the doorway, knowing that if he goes in I will close...

A little bit more than 3 weeks have passed and the cats still haven't seen each other. All of them have more or less settled in and we have a routine who gets to sit on the stairs. ;) I guess by now the scent of each cat has soaked into the house. I swapped some toys and the orange boy...

He spent about 15 minutes exploring the living room. A little bit scared, but he did well and got some nice food in his room as a reward. :)
