I'm not sure she would be getting all the nutrients she needs by feeding complimentary food. Try mixing a little dry food into the James Wellbeloved or crush some of the wet and use as a topper. You could also sprinkle some Fortiflora on top of the wet.
Now I have soggy eyes after reading that, what a wonderful tribute to a wonderful ginger lady, she would be so proud of those words and the photos are delightful, showing her beauty. You will be missed by your mama and this site. Rest well beautiful Ruby

Thank you. Buzz will eat dry for sensitive tummies but doesn't drink water, this caused debris in his urine several years ago. Managed to transition him onto wet but now wont eat that. The vet is not sure what to do next..
Bit of a back story so apologies for the long thread.
My cat became ill a few weeks ago, diarrhoea and refusing to eat. Multiple vet visits with fecal analysis, scan, bloods and temperatures normal. He's had antibiotics, steroids, anti nausea injection and appetite stimulants Currently he will...
It could be Eosinophilic Keratitis, it looks similar but I cant be sure. You may have to see a specialist. If it is EK I have had a cat with it and she recovered well with specific daily eye drops.
