Oh dearMy Max did that many years ago, but he was too big and actually got stuck. Just his nose and eyes were showing. I thought I was going to have to slice the sleeve open to extract him!
They really can get themselfs in weird situations don't they? 
looked like Little Kitty was stuck too, but thankfully she managed to get herself out before any damage to the coat or her!
