Thought this might be nifty, thanks to the wonderful folks who are part of the exercise motivation thread and New Year's resolution gang.









For me - Resistance Bands (I use them often to strengthen my feet, turnout and flexibility exercises *Ballerina life* so it is a must!) Treadmill for cardio and weights.

I don't want any of them. I'm allergic. I would love to be able to walk again but I can't.

We have a treadmill, free weights and bench, and the balls and resistance bands. I'll keep them.

I don't even know what some of those are. :paperbag:
So for me, it's which one's would I like to try.

Weights - I have dumbbells, but haven't used them in forever. Maybe I should dust them off. 🏋️‍♀️
Resistance Bands - don't have any, but that might be something I could do
Bike - as long as it's a real one, and not a boring stationary one. 🚲
