Thought this might be nifty, thanks to the wonderful folks who are part of the exercise motivation thread and New Year's resolution gang.
For me - Resistance Bands (I use them often to strengthen my feet, turnout and flexibility exercises *Ballerina life* so it is a must!) Treadmill for cardio and weights.
