I'm totally going for the cookie dough!
Mint chocolate chip
If it’s a one time deal I would go with Mint chocolate chip. If I had to choose only one for the rest of my life I would probably choose vanilla just because you can dump many different things on it to change its flavor.
Strawberry. Mmmmm.
Rocky road it is
Home made vanilla.
Oh so hard! it'll have to be chocolate or rocky road!

Chocolate. But I also love, love, love grape ice cream which is made by a specialty store in a nearby city. You'd have to taste to believe.

I love quite a few flavors, but I will say Butter Pecan since it has such a calming effect on me.

Butter pecan. 
I'd probably go with Rocky Road of these flavors, but I'd prefer it didn't have marshmallow in it.
