Shes so lucky to have been rescued. I hope all people who mistreat animals will have to suffer the same.

What a beautiful girl. I have a very special soft spot for German Shepherds. I'd love to have another one some day.

What happened to the awful people she came from? You say she was rescued - I hope that they can't just get another puppy and do the same awful things to it

It just makes me burn to think about people like this ever getting their hands on another poor animal again.

Awww...what a beautiful girl!

For some reason, when I first saw her, Wicket popped into my head.

My "big brother" growing up was a GSD/collie mix, and he was so smart it was scary! My parents boarded him one time at the vet when they went out of town, and when the employees came in the next day they found he managed to open his cage with his nose and was strutting around like he owned the place! He could also spell. We couldn't say "walk" without him going crazy, so we spelled it (I think it was the first word I learned how to spell!) Well, he figured out what that meant also. So my parents started using "constitutional"...and he figured that one out too. German shepard's are just amazing!!

I don't think you are nuts, I think you are wonderful for rescuing her. It just makes my stomach turn when I hear about beaten and mis-treated animals. I believe in karma and a special place in hell for those who abuse animals.
