Either one is good! But if I cant switch anything, I'd pick 4 and figure out how to sleep.

I guess it would have to be #4 because I can't live without cats, and I could grow some hot peppers in the garden.
I'd have to make friends with the other houses though, so I could get some coffee, margaritas, movies, and dogs.
I'd prefer red wine or Guinness, but those aren't listed.
