I have a cat which is 8 months old, she got out 2 days ago and the second day she came back with a wound
I got her to vet and he said the wound i kinda deep, he shaved the area of wound and cleaned it then applied Aluspray on it
He gave me Aluspray to use twice a day with Biomox as antibiotic
Does Aluspray really heal the wound? for how many days shall I use it?

Hi!
Alu spray is an aerosol bandage.

It doesn't directly aid in healing but it protects the wound from bacteria, dirt etc while still allowing air in.

You will want to double check with your vet as to how long they want you to use it, and if they expect a follow up check of your kitty :)

Hoping your kitty is neutered. If not, this will happen on a regular basis. He will manage to get out and other males will go after him. At 8 months old he would be just starting this behavior.
Bites get abscessed/infected.
Great way to catch FIV/FELV also.
Glad he's doing well.

ibrano15 - How did the AluSpray work for your kitty? My cat Simon has a wound and the vet sent him home with AluSpray. IMG_20201013_085809599_HDR.jpg
