I have 3 feral cats that I have been feeding for a while now. How can I get them all wormed when they eat out of each others dish? Also one is a momma cat and is nursing month old kittens. Will it hurt the babies?

I used to give this
It does take 1-2 weeks of daily putting it into wet food, but it does work.
I also have used this site Little City Dogs and taken the small pill and added to baby food ( Gerber stage 2 in the small glass jar). I just take out small bowls for each cat and watch to be sure they each only get one serving.
