My first try with Wool Roll Bread. I'm Ok with it. Some of my "pieces" came apart. I used a sharp cheddar filling and that oozed out onto the parchment paper. But overall, for my first effort, it's not bad. And I'll keep trying. (I think I need new yeast; this took a long time to rise and that may have been part of the problem.) I'm going to do it with brown sugar, cinnamon, and raisins.
