It is a nice looking tree and seems well built. But I would ask for measurements of each platform. If the platforms aren’t large enough the cat can sleep on them they might not use it much.
Taking cues from the surroundings (the height of the windowsill and the piano bench), it seems that everything is appropriately cat-sized, unless the photo was taken close up with a wide angle lens or your cats are very large. I don't see significant bending of what would be straight lines, so the pictures seem reliable.
Cats seem to like softer surfaces on which to scratch. They might not like the bare wood so much, but if needed you could cover them with sisal rope.
One never knows about cats. Mine aren't too bad about scratching furniture, but don't scratch on the scratching post nor the cat tree very much. They like the flat cardboard scratchers.
