Today is 

  

  my guy is at the Vets for dental extractions....and has lost more weight

Hope things go ok. Hope he has an uneventful dental. Probably feel a heck a lot better without those teeth bothering him. BUT I understand the anxiety...sending

Today I am

trying to get better at my noontime workouts..got to get moving...the depression is a major pain in the butt...lifting some weights helps me feel stronger even if I feel sad inside...and its just plain good for me...

The surgery went well. Only 2 teeth removed...on the right side. 

one upper and one lower. 

We will see if his eating improves...2 weeks...sigh

Good news!  

   Glad to hear the surgery is over and done with and Artie is okay.  

 that his appetite gets better.

It's actually not really that cold temperature - just that the other day there was freezing rain, and now it's more like a really damp, mushy but still snowy, somewhat, icy, kind of cold.
