been fighting this intense nerve pain my left hip joint and entire left legthe past week real struggle to walk even after spending an hour each morning stretching.i refuse to allow myself to become bed ridden. i dont care about the pain i will keep walking no matter what,

Not the same but I must have done something to my back cause I've had pain since yesterday but like you refuse to rest or take it easy. Instead I find it helps to keep moving with a little bit of help from Advil.
