My former cat, "Spike" used to that to his catmate, "Jerry."

Jerry was the little upstart and would make flyby attacks on Spike who outweighed him, two to one.
Spike would spar for a while, until he got tired of Jerry's shenanigans then he would wrestle him down and sit on him.

Jerry would struggle and meow until he gave up then Spike would give him a look like he was saying, "Give up?"
Jerry would stop struggling and Spike would let him up. Jerry would run away and hide for a few minutes.
Spike would look at him as if he was saying, "Ya' little upstart!"

About a half-hour later, the whole thing would start all over again.

It was funny during the daytime but the usual "Cat Olympics" at 3:00 a.m. wore thin, pretty quickly. ;)

Yes, Bandit outweighs Smokey by at least 2-4 pounds. Bandit is very thick and Smokey is slim like thier mom. They get into similar little tussels
