It could mean dental issues, but honestly, it probably doesn't. This is also known as the "derp" face, and if you search "derp" here on TCS, you'll find LOTS of pictures that make his little derp-tongue moment look like a thoughtful rocket scientist.

I'll throw another word atcha. You know that kneading, nuzzling, sucking, drooling thing that some cats do? The word for that is "smurgle." I LOVE THAT WORD! I giggle every time I say or type it. Smurgle, smurgle, smurgle.

Hekitty is a second degree smurgler. She does NOT, thank goodness, drool.
