For breakfast I had an Einstein Bros spinach bagel with cream cheese.
A couple slices of freshly-baked warm french bread, with a smear of peanut butter.

Muffy--- that sounds yummy and healthy. Was there spinach baked right into the bagel?
It is very good. They used to cook it right in the bagel which is the way I liked it but now they cook the spinach on top of the bagel.
a (Italian) hot ham with mayo sandwich, several hours ago.
Brisket pizza - reheated a slice in the toaster oven for my work lunch at the office.

Pulled a couple of sweet potato pancakes out of the freezer, smeared with peanut butter and warmed in the toaster. Peanut butter pancake sandwich.
a smoked turkey with margarine sandwich, sliced tomato with blue cheese salad dressing, and a little (homemade) potato salad.
A couple slices of buttered toast with my coffee this morning.
I love toast and butter with a little jam on the side.
I am eating a bagel with cream cheese and of course some diet coke for breakfast.

I shared a tiny gluten-free cheesecake with my mom. It was vegan too, so it didn't have cream cheese. It was really weird tasting, kind of like a mix of cardboard and poison.

Muffy-- This was made from coconut. It was very weird tasting. Daiya was the brand.
