It is great to have options- when my SSD finally came through I was on chemo,nearly bedridden so the social worker arranged everything for me to receive benefits and suggested DD so my SSI still comes that way and it was the only logical option for myself as well- so there's that and really,many people are housebound, disabled so it can be a Blessing( or.....) lol,thank goodness for options
N NY cat man I really thank you for doing that! Having worked retail years ago it can be deplorable how people badly treat retail workers True though some people are just occupying space at work and nothing more. I think we are more prone to complain then to show appreciation to people. We should be doing both. Kuddos to you for recognizing this girl's efforts, we all need to do that more!
My sister's pet ran off with waffles and syrup spread on the floor she was so mad. And had to leave for work so she left it when she came back, he had licked it all up.Noodles once got beamed with a waffle. It was her own fault for scrounging for scraps in the strike zone.
Everytime we have a new manager I explain how I have tried cashiering but have trouble so people complain it is finally noted as long as someone reads it
Agree with that!maggie101 Cashiering is not something I wanted to do.Anything else fine.
I find that USPS isn't much better lately than UPS. Neither business has employees that understand "House Numbers ". On a weekly basis, I'm receiving mail belonging to neighbors. Fortunately FEDEX still has their act together .

Unfortunately here Fedex is terrible and they almost never deliver to the correct address. UPS is the only delivery services here that delivers consistently to the correct address ( so far, I might want to knock on wood or something) I guess it depends on where your located and/ or employees that are working for the service.

Thank you for that. For years now, when I get especially good service, I take the time to talk with the store manager (and they ALWAYS make time when someone says, "a customer wants to talk with you about an employee!" LOL, they come out, all ready to offer apologies, and seeing the smile come across their faces when I tell them about the WONDERFUL service I got is so gratifying. I hope they pass that compliment on to the employee, to back up the “Thank You” I already gave the employee!
It such a hurried society we live in these days- I owned a business plus worked at least 2 jobs besides freelancing for clients - I didn't huff n puff behind someone on line or complain to the cashier ' I have to go to work"- why the heck would anyone go to the grocery store before work- get up early or manage your time better or arrange your schedule properly

Since i rescued her 7 years ago she has not hissed or growled at my other cats. She would not have made it outside. She was afraid of other catsReminds me so much of my Soul-kitty.
Glory was super skittish. Her full name was Morning Glory (after the sparklers) but we usually called her Glory or Beans because she jumped "like a jumping bean." She was born in a cousin's garage and I picked her out when she was about a week old. We were very bonded!

I hear you one that! Everyone out here has their house numbers on their mailbox or mailbox post, plus large letters on the house. Nope still can't deliver to the correct address.
Would you believe a USPS carrier asked me where to find 4502 as she was on the property staring at the sign on the Bldg(4500-4502)!!!!
