Dad is so cute with the cats. I overheard him. He asked each one if they had their morning hug yet. Then he went down the line & hugged all 6 cats! Then he told each cat what he liked best about them individually & how lucky we are to have them. Cheesy but sweet!

Well it's me sooooo..... But I think cats understand a lot. It is important they they not only feel loved but are respected. Your dad is not only cute but on the mark respect wise

I used to have a hand-stitched counted cross stitch sampler that said, "In this house, cat hair is a condiment." Perhaps you could use one of those.

LOL, I also have a little hand-lettered sign in my living room that reads, "Dust Testing in Progress. Please DO NOT Disturb Samples!"

I have only 6 cat safe plants left out on the patio,all hanging very high

Bella came inside gagging,like she was going to spit out a hairball and it was a piece of some leaf..... How in the heck??? I just swept out there last night- not any familiar looking leaf out there .... Maybe I brought it in on my clothes from outside? If it's anything new,they'll find it- a pebble,they'll find it,a tiny wrapper they'll find it,piece of tissue paper,they'll find it.... Cats

I had one like that if something blew in the door and you didn't see it you would would be doing floor clean up later. Dried flat seed pods were her favorite Like you said Cats

Anyone else have a cat that acts brave but you both know that he/she is nothing more than a scaredy cat?

Something woke me up at 1am. Boone was on his pillow beside me and starts growling. Now this is the same cat that takes off running if someone on TV rings a doorbell.

Husbands!! DH tweaked his neck paddle boarding or biking on Monday and decided to call out today to give it a break. I asked if he wanted to run errands with me or stay home and supervise DS for school. He chose to stay home.

I got a picture text from him of his thumb right as I pulled in the driveway saying he cut himself deep but it didn’t bleed much.

After I walked inside with the groceries he was like “I missed you…..”


He cut it fixing the light cover for the fixture in our laundry room because it looked like it was coming down (and already repaired with gorilla tape once). I guess his neck feels better? DD liquid bandaged him up before I got here. I guess I should have left DD in charge.

LOL, I'm planning to haunt people, as well. I even have the tee shirt!

I just had a call from Mum's nursing home that she's caught Covid. She's fully vaccinated, and for the time being they're giving her antivirals and monitoring her there. She's 92 and diabetic, which increases her risk of it being serious, so fingers crossed. They said she was sniffly and feeling a bit weak - it must have just started today, I saw her yesterday and she wasn't showing any signs then.
