IzzysfureverMom I really hope this cat is able to come home with as few physical and emotional scars as possible. That is an absolutely ridiculous and horrifying reaction to a cat peeing on the floor. I sincerely hope she has no kids, and no other pets.

IzzysfureverMom I'm with Mamanyt1953 and iPappy there is no question that "sister" would've been taken to the ER on a gurney or worse,I'd be facing serious charges and I know I could not have controlled the rage -it takes alot to get me angry,really angry but that would've done it

I'm pretty mad just hearing about it,I hate violence but I cannot tolerate mistreatment,abuse or even neglect of any animal,ever

Thst poor little cat was probably stressed to begin with being in the same house with a BEAST!

I agree I don't think this was a one time thing for this poor cat. These attacks happen way to often . Someone sent me something a month ago from where I grew up, that was far worse. I couldn't even tell my husband. This one was on the front page of our local digital paper with photos that I can't unsee. I saw red just reading it so I can't even think about being in that room. I hate all the violence and don't know what is wrong with people.These are beautiful innocent creatures.

I get people can have tempers. I get people can get reactionary - but that is beyond upsetting.

Any news update on what lasting damage the cat has suffered? (I hope little to none - but those kind of injuries are sadly probably going to have a lasting impact on the kitty both emotionally and physically.)

No nothing I suppose both the felony and misdemeanor charges will take time to get to court.Yeh people have tempers but don't take it out on a poor animal.

You and me both I'm just sick and angry. Our ferals are treated much better then that cat. Crazy lady was starting a new job and supposedly lost it when the cat peed on the floor.

Not even her cat-she could've left a note for her sister" clean up your cat urine" and hashed it out with her but she's probably the reason the poor thing is going outside the litterbox in the first place.....

I hope her new job heard about her on the local news and she got fired!

I'd yall remember the 3 cats I trapped a few weeks ago ?2 were adopted as a pair and the 3rd female was adopted as well,they told her the story about there being a 4th thsts not been caught yet and the lady said " oh,how sweet" or something like that

Well,I've still not trapped #4 and yesterday my friend called to tell me the lady that adopted the single kitty just had to put her 16,yr old girl to sleep and called inquiring about her kitties sister,she'd love to adopt her if she's available still

I told her to give her my number- she's welcome to help catch kitty ! I do see her at 5am but do not want to start feeding her- maybe this lady can and she'll be easy for me to grab..... she won't go near the traps

more than likely its fake they are trying to scam you into extending the warranty etc. i used to get calls or txt messages saying that and i had to sell my truck after my stroke back in 2013

The first time that I received the letter about an extended warranty was a few years ago concerning my 2019 Subaru Outback . Unsure if this letter was legit. I called my salesman at the Subaru dealership whom said that this letter was a scam. Indicating that there were no issues with my Subaru extended warranty . When I purchased my Outback new in 2019, I also purchased a extended warranty covering the car through June 2029.

We got our new Subaru back last night after having the hitch installed. DH and DS were out in the dark practicing hitching up the kayak trailer so they can go paddling around somewhere today. But so far DS is asleep on the couch and DH is trying to see why the lawnmower is smoking since he changed the oil.

He taught DS to drive the mower this week too because they use that to tow the kayak trailer from the backyard to the front. He’s not letting him tow the trailer yet so I told DS “He's preparing you to mow the yard you know.” DS is thrilled.

So the plumber still hasn't called about coming back to set the dishwasher nicely under the counter- I think I'll see how long it takes him cause he's obviously not worried about getting paid and I've got hot water so .... lol
He probably forgot,he'll be reminded by his billing dept I suppose

Okay, if there is a flying spider of any kind headed my way, I am going to have to move away somewhere. I hope for someplace with heavy snowfall rates (here's looking at you, Maine) but if these spiders like snow, then I need to be on an island! I have a serious spider phobia. Maybe. But that won't much matter. You'll lie awake worrying about things that make the "won't sleep through the night" stuff seem like a pleasant dream. And then, one fine day, they'll go to take their showers, take off their clothes, and you will hear their hormones fizzing from all the way across the house. Fun times commence. About then, you'll go from being the smartest person in the world to the biggest idiot. This, too, shall pass.

I do that a lot. Thing that happened 15-20 years ago seem like yesterday, and I sit here wondering how so much time has passed.
