Both my parents had green eyes, my dad's is really green like mine, and my mom's was a bluish green. My MIL's mom had blue eyes, so there was some recessive back there that apparently went to 6 out of 8 of her great granddaughters.
I LOVE green eyes- my family all have those beautiful piercing green eyes or blue & they are mostly blondes .... only my cousin and I have brown eyes and very dark hair ( black)- everyone always thinks my cousin Mikie and I are a siblings,his sister( my cousin) has blonde hair and green eyes
We had a leak in our kitchen sink. The guy came in he's 6 foot 4 and all he did was complain about having to get under the sink. It was the gasket on the drain.He didn't bring a toolbox or anything in with him so he made multiple trips out to his truck. It took him 4 hours to replace a gasket. He was the owners son, needless to say we have not used the company since.
It's your place, and your money, so he has no kick coming.........well, maybe, in a certain tender spot, but I digress. I learned at an early age that when you're working on someone's car, you give it back to them better than when they turned it over, even if it was a simple oil change. I have encountered repair techs like yours a time or two, and they or their company never get another bite at the apple. Again, it's my money, and he who pays the piper gets to call the tune. Good on you for not accepting slipshod work.

Oh gee,so sorry you've got all those issues going on in your apt- the leasing people are responsible,right? Is a lender inspection comparable to like a " housing authority" to ensure inhabitable standard of living for the tenants?
Yes,just like housing authority.The rent will go up next year since maintenance will do alot of repairing. The apartments old so the weather stripping is bad. Wood work is in poor condition in bathroom and bedroom

Full recovery. She has internal sutures that need to dissolve first.
