If you lose the phone and keys together, then I think you are out of luck unless you also have a tablet with the Tile app on it.
You might also want to consider a rowing machine. Easy to move around, great for arms and legs.planning the purchases i will make since i will have the room for them in a house versus our little apartment bow flex home gym that i can use to regain muscles and really push my one good arm, a good iron and board so i can starch and crease up my clothes again
