wondering just how many people are willing and ok with buying/living in a house that a person died inside. our agent just informed us this current house we are trying to buy the old man who owned it died in the house
It's quite possible someone has died in my unit. It's in a retirement village. One of the neighbours who was here when I arrived died in her unit and was found by her carer in the morning. I only know the previous tenant of my unit, she's living elsewhere now. Before that, who knows? I've never even thought about it.

On my mind today is collecting my new glasses - I hope they're as nice as I remember. 😄 Later I have to see the doc to get an extended care plan for my podiatrist. I'd like to go and check out the good cat boarding place run by a local veterinary charity, but I don't think I'll really have time, and if I save it for another day I can sneak in a visit to the yarn store there before it closes down.

Well of course- Picasso translated means " talkative" so yes,I do agree- a budding artist !And it's quite lovely too
I was less impressed with miss artist when I caught her scribbling on our kitchen cabinets earlier. 🤦‍♀️

Thinking of switching to Grain Free dry food. What are your thoughts on this?
We feed Wellness Core dry food. It's grain free, but they put legumes in it instead. I think it's always a trade off. I say feed what you can afford and what your cats will eat.

termite guy is tommorrow if thats good to go then we call the other ones to inspect
If the sellers are really eager, they will generally have fixed stuff. My hope it’s nothing more than a lightbulb needing changing or a new carbon detector. And Graycie will tell you if there are any mouse holes! 🙂

We have a bowflex and I love it except changing the resistance things. Sometimes I can’t get the “heavier” ones off. It does take 2 hands. I’m not sure how old ours is. DH bought it off someone whose brother had left it behind and it was just sitting on the porch.

I have a hand-written cookbook of family baking recipes my aunt made for me when DH and I were engaged. DD doodled in it when she was little and its lived on top of the refrigerator ever since. 😏 Its more precious now that shes a teenager. Who loves baking.

I decided not to keep her mural. Thankfully, the magic eraser took care of it easily.

Today, my cat and I are shopping, walking and eating takeaway food at the same time.
Тhis means that I have two backpacks on my shoulders at once, in front for the cat and in the back for shopping.
It's nice to sit on a park bench and share a delicious meal with a loyal friend.

Somewhere on this board someone recently asked what folks favorite gadget was. Can’t find it but I just bought one for my brother in law that I could not live without, and had to mention it since it is a great gift for absent minded people. It is called a Tile, and it is a phone and key (or other object) finder. It hangs on your key ring with an app on your phone. If you can’t find your keys, you tap on the app and it will make your keys ring, and if you can’t find your phone, you can tap on the tile on your keys and your phone will ring loudly as long as it’s within 250 feet of the Tile. Its only $20 and only needs its button battery changed once a year.
