I'm taking myself out for a big lunch.. don't know what I'm having, but dinner will be pumpkin soup..

The fish is Estuary Perch. The fisherman informs me it's an oily fish so it's very high In omega 3. I did not know that!Good on him! What was the fish?

I'll be right roundPasta with cannellini beans, spinach, 'shrooms, and roasted red peppers. (I forgot to get something out of the freezer last night, so I'm winging it. But it's meatless, so it works.)

You're so creative!!That pasta last night was actually pretty good. I sautéed onions and minced garlic and threw that into the mix. Halved some grape tomatoes, gave them a quick sauté and threw them in, too. Some basil and oregano. Topped it all off with a wee bit of crumbled blue cheese....just a wee bit, enough for taste. I love blue cheese.
Here you go (they are delicious! They're a lot like the marinated cucumbers that my mom used to make, but with a bit of heat):What are fire and ice tomatoes?
