I'm told that this BBQ is a Philippine "Magnolia" Brand Pork.

Veggie stir fry over brown rice. We split a dark chocolate coffee buzz bar for dessert. 
Lunch will be eggs scrambled with peppers and onions and an English muffin. Dinner will be a chicken patty, mashed potatoes, and field peas with snaps.

It was cold, damp and rainy so I made grilled cheese sandwiches on multigrain bread with tomato basil soup. Honeycrisp apple for dessert.
Went to eat pho after buying a few things for dinner at a korean market

Large beet salad with sautéed veggies for me and DH had the leftover bbq chicken in a sandwich with a baked potato. Honeycrisp apple for dessert.
Maybe just some penne tonight with Italian sausage? Maybe chicken Parm? Not sure cooked up a few things this morning for the next few days- including shrimp mei fun
We went out with friends last night. I had beer-battered fish and chips with coleslaw. And lemonade. I had a few chips, but gave the rest of them to Rick as I'm not supposed to eat potato.
Back around Christmas, we made two quiches. One has been in the freezer, very well wrapped. Rick got it out this morning. That's for our dinner tonight. Not sure what we're having with it.

Lord, it's just past 11 AM, so lunch isn't for another 13 hours, but I THINK it will be either waffles OR an egg scrambled with onions and peppers, and an English muffin. Dinner almost certainly a chicken patty, mashed potatos, and corn.
Just had leftover penne for lunch( late for me) so doubt I'll eat dinner-maybe something light a little cup of soup later on,thinking about a lemon chicken orzo soup
