I can't say how the fig and prosciutto quiche will taste but we love figs.My husband is going to try and grow figs next year. He already purchased the cuttings. Enjoy your day.Today is Hair day for me and a friend. I am trying out her hairdresser, in another town. We are planning on going to a wonderful cafe for Lunch before the hairdresser. According to their menu, I will the special is a fig and prosciutto quiche, eggplant parm sandwich, clam chowder, haddock dinner.
I wonder how the quiche will taste? I usually get the quiche of the day, with a side salad of fresh corn, tomatoes, basil, red onion.. Today, I may get a grilled cheese and tomato.. a blueberry scone to take home and a takeout order of eggplant parm for tomorrow... They have such good food. Seems as if I go there about every 6 weeks or so... A regular.. of sorts..
