I'm going to go with pizza crust. I like it when there is a slight char from a wood-fired oven.

I don't like anything burnt but a crispy thick layer of cheese is good on pizza and lasagna.Not exactly burned but I like a thick cheese layer on top of lasagna that is a little crispy.
That's probably the only thing I like a little burnt especially on s'mores.marshmallows
That's what I've always done too. Then I pull the toasted part off, eat it and do it again. Yum.Cheese for sure and marshmallows. I have the easiest way of roasting marshmallows compared to people who like it lightly toasted. I just set it the marshmallow on fire and when it goes out, it's ready.
I have to agree my food always stays under the grill or in the oven longer.Everything .

Ha, I always have to put it through the toaster twice! There are some toasters that get it right the first time on the highest setting, but not many.My grandfather's biggest complaint about the food at his assisted living is that they don't make his toast dark enough. As in they dont burn it!
