What sex is my kitten?

I apologize if this is the wrong place to post this. I’ve been trying to find out the sex, I was told it was male then my friends said it was female so idk. It’s a calico cat so I’d be surprised if he/she were male

You've posted in the right place, but it's difficult to tell from the photo. However there's nothing that screams 'male', and with the calico thing, it seems highly likely you have a girl.
How old is she?

I would say a girl too, based on the fact that she is a calico. However, I cannot tell from that pic. Can you take a better pic and not from upside down?

I'm far from an expert, but especially considering she's a calico I'd say female as others have said. The genitals have the teardrop shape and there's not a very large gap from the anus.
