What Ragdoll type is this Beautiful Boy

This Beautiful Boy was born to a Seal Mink Bicolour Mum and a Traditional Lilac Bicolour and is now 9 weeks old.This purebred
pairing produced a few of what I know to be high White Van Bicolours however, apart from his tail, this little man has no colouring on his body and his tail appears to be chocolate. I have also noticed that his eyes are changing and looking Aqua and I haven't excluded heterochromia. I am hoping someone can give me a clue and I would appreciate your comments

It looks like he's a high white van with color only on the tail. This happens sometimes when you are working with high white cats.

By "Traditional Lilac Bicolour" do you mean lilac point bicolor?
