Looks like a domestic shorthair!

Domestic shorthair, even if heis hair are somewhat long for a shorthair.     Teh alteernative is medium hair.... But I dont think so.

Blue tabby and white, or  blue tabby tuxedo.

One of my old cats looks exactly like that! I was always told that she was a Russian blue mix with something else. Or even a domestic shorthair.
