That's just a cartoonish way to draw a tabby. I've never seen a tabby that had stripes on their legs and tail but not on the body, and had the same color all over. Only lynx pointed cats have stripes on their legs and tail and not their body, but their body would be a different color. If you want to know what to call the fanart, "tabby" would probably be fine. Cartoons don't have to be 100% accurate.
That's a jungle cat, not a domestic. Some domestics are ticked tabbies, which is closest to a jungle cat, but I'm not sure if that's exactly what you want. Ticked tabbies are fairly rare among domestics.
A pattern like what the jungle cat in your picture is showing is called ticked tabby, as Willowy said. Abyssinians are a domestic breed that always come in ticked tabby, but stripes on the legs and tail are actually considered a fault, per the breed standard.
The Singapura is a ticked tabby cat that is bred to have some barring on the legs, unlike the Abyssinian. It's not nearly as much barring as in the picture you posted, though. I think the picture you posted is just a color that someone made up, and doesn't actually correspond to any breed or color. Breed Profile: The Singapura
Oh, I forgot about the Chausie. The Chausie is a TICA recognized breed that is a hybrid of Jungle Cat and domestic cat. The typical color is brown ticked tabby, although the Chausie also comes in black and "black grizzled ticked tabby" (a unique color for the Chausie). In the brown ticked tabby, barring is preferred. However, the Chausie will not have as much barring as in your cartoon image or the picture of the Jungle Cat.
