What have I gotten into?

I can get to them. They are just in a box with towel in the back of a closet. I am afraid of being bit.

I'm so glad to hear!! Good for her - she sounds like a good mama, just cranky but as mentioned, hopefully that calms down. Sending you hugs! Let us know how things transpire

Make sure the kids and any other animals stay away from her and the babies until the kittens are 8 weeks old. Usually by that time mom would settle and be less over protective. You will probably have to wear shoes and jean pants along with heavy socks to help with the biting
