I recently got a 9 week old female kitten I named Luna. The mother is the shorthair gray in pic and the father is feral pic outside and last I will post pics of Luna. Do you think she has maincoon in her? She follows me like a dog, very active as most kittens, extremely mouthy. Chews through toys. She has tuffs on her pads and ears. I'm guessing she is medium hair. She has grown a lot in one week.

I would say likely a short haired domestic cat, no specific breed. The father does not look like a Maine coon at all to me so I would say not even mix. Most cats are not any specific breed or mix of breeds, just random breed domestics. So unless you have pedigree papers proving the mother or father (or their parents, to prove the mother or father is a mix) is a specific breed they likely aren't.

I could be wrong, and sometimes cats surprise us and get fluffy as they get older, but it looks more like just "kitten fluff" then true long hair at the moment. The ear tuffs seem to be common in cats that only have a single parent with long haired gene. Basically that just means if your kitten bred with a long haired cat the resulting kittens would likely have long haired, but she is not going to have long hair herself.
