He’s very fluffy, especially around his neck & tail. He’s only 7 months old & weighs over 15lbs, but isn’t fat. I’m wondering if he’s mixed with Maine coon, or if he’s just a typical domestic breed. Thanks for any input!

I would describe your handsome guy as a blue and white domestic longhair. He looks like a very sweet guy! Domestic cats can vary in size, and males, especially, can sometimes be quite large; this doesn't necessarily mean they have specific breed ancestry. Most cats aren't any particular breed.
I love the pose in that first pic, so casual and cool.
If we're just talking lookalike to a breed rather than actual breed then facially he looks more Norwegian Forest Cat than Maine Coon to me.
