He’s cute! He has blue eyes, so he’s a colorpointed cat. So, I would describe him as a flamepoint mitted Domestic Shorthair. Maybe he has some Snowshoe influence to give him that colorpoint pattern with white feet.

Thanks for your reply. Definitely a beautiful and special cat. Not too happy being in a shelter but I'm positive this one won't be here long. Maybe this is how breeders would try to preserve the rare genetic colourings when they come up in a domestic shorthairs
naturally. This cat is from a cat hoarder with most cats having lineage from the same two.
